One of our camera guys recently had the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream to travel to Kakadu in the far north of Australia. He was lucky enough to be there in the best time of year (winter, down under) and got some truly spectacular shots. It was a logistical challenge for the team here to organise and certainly not one of our cheapest shoots, however I think our readers will agree it was totally worth it. Our heartfelt thanks go to the team at Kakadu Tourism for their generous support which made it all possible.
It is one of the worlds great National Parks and larger than some European countries. Strewn with spectacular gorges, aboriginal rock paintings, cool waterholes and stunning 4WD tracks, its a wonderland, far from modern life.
